We are kindly asking customers to refrain from scheduling or coming in for an appointment if you have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days or have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days.  Guidelines are subject to change. The following is a list of our updated policies and procedures to expect during your next appointment:


  • Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment, please wait in your car and call or text 215-493-5005. We will let you know when your service provider is ready to take care of your Pure beauty needs.


  • To maintain a safe capacity, we will not be accepting walk-in appointments. Appointments can be made by calling 215-493-5005. If you are unsure of what services you need you may take our online consult at


  • Phone communication may not be immediately available since we will be at 50% staff capacity. If you reach our answering service, please leave a detailed message and we will be returning calls periodically throughout the day.



  • Guests and staff will be required to wear a face-covering upon entering the building.

  • Unfortunately, we will not be permitted to serve any beverages/coffee until further notice. You may, however, bring your own beverage of choice.



  • We will be adding additional time to each service to ensure ample time to implement all CDC guided and additional safety procedures during and in between clients.



  • Only guests who are receiving service will be permitted to enter the building.  We prefer children not to enter the salon unless they are scheduled for a service.  If they are, they may have one adult accompany them while they receive their services.


  • Guests will be greeted with hand sanitizer. Guests are also required to have their temperature scanned and Health screening questionnaires will be provided upon entering.


  • Clients will be checked out at the service station to avoid people from congregating at the front desk.  In addition, digital forms of payment are preferred in order to minimize risk


  • If interested in a product, please avoid touching. Someone from our staff will be happy to assist you with your product needs.


  • Product purchasing can be done online at or for convenience can be called in prior to your arrival. Same-day curbside pick-up will be available upon request.


  • While we are excited to see you, in order to abide by government safety mandates please no hugs or handshakes.
