Booking Your Appointment
Our online booking system makes scheduling seamless. Select your preferred date, time, and services—and we'll handle the rest.
Please call us at 215-493-5005 instead if:

This is your first color or highlights appointment with us

It's been longer than 6 months since your last color service

You're booking for a guest 16 years or younger

You're seeking color correction, a dramatic transformation, or fashion color
Calling ahead helps us allocate proper time and avoid rescheduling.
Securing Your Appointment
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Online bookings require a 50% deposit. This ensures we've reserved dedicated time just for you.
Appointment Reminders
We'll send a courtesy reminder 3 days before your appointment via call, text, or email. Please confirm to help us maintain our schedule.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. To respect our team's time and other guests' needs:

Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the service fee

No-shows: 100% of the booked service fee

Appointments over 2 hours or multiple services: Cancellations with less than 36 hours' notice incur a 100% charge
Running Late?
Life happens. If you're running behind, please contact us with your updated arrival time. We'll do our best to accommodate you, though rescheduling may be necessary to honor other guests' appointments.
Our Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your service, call us within 48 hours. We'll schedule a complimentary adjustment within 5 days. Please note: Requesting a completely different style after leaving requires a new service appointment with additional fees.
